Pear Apple Spice Bundt Cake

Pear Apple Spice Bundt Cake

Fall in Calgary

Fall has arrived here in Calgary. I pulled out my scarves, my boots and my fall coat which makes me oh so happy. I love walking through the golden leaves and breathing the cool air. I just wish fall lasted longer than a few weeks (around here the snow flies WAY faster than I like).

With the cooler weather and the leaves comes a craving for all things apple, cinnamon, spice…heck anything that tastes warm. Baking apples and cinnamon smells and tastes amazing. This lovely bundt cake brings together these tastes of fall in a moist and delicious cake chock full of apples and pears. It’s not too sweet and would be the perfect addition to your Thanksgiving feast.
