Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon
Adding more fish into our diet is something I really want to do. However, it is not something I do well currently. When I do remember to buy fish to serve, it is almost always salmon. Evan loves my brown sugar glazed salmon. In fact, his name for it is “Most Delicious Fish”. That pretty much sums up why you should try this recipe!
SalmonSalmon packs a big nutritional punch too! It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, an excellent source of protein and source of B vitamins, potassium, selenium and more. See why I am trying to add more fish into my diet? While this is Evan’s favourite way we eat salmon, we also love my recipe for Quick Poached Salmon with Dill Mustard Sauce and Maple Glazed Salmon. Salmon is so easy and delicious but it still comes across as a fancy dinner.

Easy Potato Roses

Pair it with Easy Potato Roses Recipe for a fanicer presentations or a simple salad for a weeknight dinner. Either way, your family will love it!

Recipe Notes: This recipe was a hit with the whole family. It is just so good. I served it with white rice and asparagus. I ended up cooking this longer than 6 minutes. I just kept an eye on how done it looked and made sure it flaked at the thickest part.

I think there is something wrong with the carb count. Or, I hope so!

The nutrition info is just a guide. I can't guarantee accuracy so definitely run it through your own tools if you must count it accurately.

My 7 year old loves salmon so much...he used to take it in his lunchbox to school! He loves the garlic salmon, but he might go for this, too. YUM!
